Job summary
The Arnott's Group seeks an Operations Finance Manager to join the Huntingwood site in a high-velocity FMCG environment. You will partner with the Plant Manager and Site Leadership Team to shape financial performance, guide operational strategy and drive commercial outcomes across manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain.
You will be responsible for financial planning, forecasting, budgeting and delivering insights to improve productivity and profitability.
Qualifications
- Significant experience within FMCG, manufacturing or another complex operational environment.
- Strong Finance Business Partnering experience with senior operational stakeholders.
- Product costing and manufacturing finance experience.
- Exceptional commercial acumen.
- A proactive and highly collaborative approach.
- Experience leading and developing teams.
Responsibilities
- Partner closely with the Plant Manager and Site Leadership Team.
- Leading financial planning, forecasting and budgeting activities.
- Delivering commercial insights that improve operational performance.
- Driving reporting, analysis and financial decision-making.
- Supporting capital investment and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Managing product costing activities across the site.
- Identifying opportunities to improve productivity and profitability.
- Leading and developing the site finance team.
- Ensuring strong governance, controls and financial discipline.
