Job summary

Cathara Consulting is seeking a Senior OT Design Manager – Electrical and Instrumentation to lead the design and delivery of electrical, SCADA and control systems for major water and wastewater infrastructure projects.

You will steer concept development, engineering, tender specs, and oversee PLC/SCADA development from requirements to client acceptance, while mentoring engineers and coordinating with vendors and contractors.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Control Systems or Power Engineering, with water/wastewater/utilities experience.
• Strong knowledge of Australian electrical standards, SCADA engineering, OT networks, RTUs, and industrial communications.
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder design projects and collaborate across project, construction, vendor and contractor teams.
• Experience delivering OT solutions across power, gas, LNG, utilities or similar sectors; MS Office proficiency.
