Job summary

Aurecon is seeking a Senior Project Manager/Director for our Project Services Hub in Perth. You will lead complex projects, manage client relationships, and coordinate multidisciplinary teams to deliver high‑quality outcomes.

You will bring a proven track record in construction, infrastructure or resources sectors, and demonstrate strong governance and leadership capabilities. This role supports flexible working arrangements within a leading engineering consultancy.

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering large, complex projects (construction, infrastructure or resources).
• Strong understanding of project controls and governance.
• Membership with professional bodies encouraged (AIPM or Engineers Australia).
• Minimum of 10 years’ project management experience in relevant sectors.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects across diverse sectors from Perth base.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships as a trusted partner.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams including subconsultants to deliver high‑impact results.
• Develop comprehensive project plans with schedules, budgets and resources.
• Manage change, quality, safety and risk throughout project lifecycles.
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to company growth.
