Job summary

Workskil Australia is seeking a Senior Project Coordinator to help deliver Project Dawn, a large-scale HRIS transformation. The role spans multiple functions and stakeholder groups, offering exposure across People & Culture, Payroll, Learning, Technology and Business Operations.

You will be at the heart of a multi‑stream project, supporting steering committees, tracking milestones, managing dependencies and preparing executive reporting to ensure successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating project meetings and workshops
• Experience in complex multi-stream projects
• Ability to manage conflicting deadlines
• Strong communication across stakeholders
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project meetings and workshops, prepare agendas, minutes and supporting packs
• Track milestones and manage dependencies across streams
• Support steering committees and workstream leads
• Ensure effective information flow between project teams, stakeholders and delivery partners
• Prepare executive reporting and maintain governance documentation
