  • Monitor project performance and provide meaningful analysis, reporting and insights to Project Management and senior stakeholders.
  • Lead and support scope control and change management processes, ensuring changes are appropriately identified, assessed, tracked and communicated.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and identify opportunities to improve project performance.
  • Develop and maintain tracking systems to monitor subcontractor funding, work authorisations and expenditure.
  • Maintain detailed change order tracking and ensure the Project Management team has clear visibility of change status.
  • Review and analyse project data, including information generated through automated project systems, to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
  • Support project budgeting and the management of incentive programs.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients, subcontractors and key project stakeholders.
  • Participate in client and subcontractor negotiations, providing project controls and commercial insight.
  • Contribute to project staffing decisions and broader organisational planning.
  • Provide leadership, guidance and mentoring to project controls professionals.
  • Support the identification and resolution of performance issues and drive a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to the development of commercial strategies and participate in commercial negotiations as required.
