Job summary

AECOM invites graduates to join a structured program management pathway in Queensland, delivering major infrastructure across sport, transport, water and energy sectors. You will gain hands-on experience from planning through delivery and operation, learning from seasoned professionals.

You’ll develop core project management skills, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and participate in governance, reporting, and client communications in a dynamic, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Must be in final year or have completed a Bachelor’s or Postgraduate degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Civil Engineering with interest in project management.
• Graduates with 1–3 years of experience are encouraged to apply.
• Full working rights to work in Australia before applying (temporary visas accepted).

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of major infrastructure projects by assisting with schedule, budget, cost and quality tracking.
• Help prepare and manage project documentation, reports, presentations and stakeholder communications.
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to monitor project progress and identify risks, issues and opportunities.
• Assist with project planning, procurement, coordination and delivery activities.
• Contribute to project governance, reporting and project controls.
• Support effective communication and collaboration with clients, contractors, consultants and other stakeholders.
• Gain exposure to projects across sectors including sport, transport, water and energy.
