Job summary

Kappa Executive Search in Brisbane is seeking a senior Associate Architect to oversee delivery of a major healthcare project in Queensland. You will coordinate construction documentation, QA, and stakeholder management with Sydney and Melbourne studios, while managing consultants and resolving technical issues.

As the onsite senior architectural representative, you will liaise with clients, handle RFIs, coordinate stakeholders, and drive day-to-day project delivery, taking ownership of complex

Qualifications

• Architect with extensive experience delivering large-scale healthcare projects.
• Proven experience managing consultants, contractors and client relationships, including RFIs, site coordination and resolving technical issues.
• Advanced technical knowledge of construction documentation, NCC/BCA requirements and quality assurance, with the ability to manage project delivery independently at an Associate level.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of major healthcare project in Queensland and coordinate on-the-ground activities.
• Coordinate construction documentation and QA with Sydney and Melbourne studios.
• Manage consultants, resolve technical issues and maintain effective communication between project teams.
