Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in accounting, ideally in property development.
• Competent in preparing BAS and performing reconciliations.
• High level of accuracy and time management.

Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end accounting functions across the project lifecycle.
• Maintain detailed cost tracking and reconciliations.
• Prepare and lodge BAS and support ATO/statutory requirements.
