Department of Justice and Community Safety Victoria seeks a Senior Programs Officer in the Koori Justice Unit to lead coordination of the ACJP Professionalisation Pilot across Bendigo, Mildura and Shepparton.

This is prioritised for Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander peoples; strong program management, stakeholder engagement, and culturally safe, community-led approaches are required.

Formación

• Knowledge of the Victorian Aboriginal community and related issues.
• Ability to communicate sensitively with Aboriginal communities.
• Experience in project and program management, including planning and evaluation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with evidence-based advice.

Responsabilidades

• Develop understanding of ACJP volunteer services and support pilot implementation.
• Monitor and evaluate the ACJP Professionalisation Pilot against objectives and funding.
• Create tools, resources and guidance for effective delivery and risk management.
