Job summary

State Government of Victoria, Australia seeks a Senior Programs Officer within the Koori Justice Unit to coordinate the Aboriginal Community Justice Pilot. This full-time, fixed-term role covers Bendigo, Mildura and Shepparton, delivering specialised support and community-led justice responses.

You will lead planning, monitoring and evaluation, governance coordination and stakeholder engagement to strengthen Aboriginal self-determination and program effectiveness across Victoria.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the Victorian Aboriginal community.
• Experience in project and program management, including planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with evidence-based decision support.

Responsibilities

• Develop implementation tools, resources and guidance materials for pilot delivery.
• Monitor, evaluate and report on the ACJP Professionalisation Pilot across sites.
• Coordinate governance, stakeholder engagement and risk management.
