Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services Australia is seeking a Program Manager to lead complex, multi-vendor transformation programs in Perth, WA. You will ensure delivery aligned to scope, schedule, and budget, with close collaboration across business, vendor, and technical teams.

With 10+ years of relevant experience, you will drive reporting, governance, and lifecycle management while promoting sustainable, efficient program execution and stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications

• Experience with utility retail platforms, preferably GenTrack.
• Strong understanding of retail business processes, customer operations, and billing environments.
• PM certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, MSP, or equivalent) are desirable.
• Proven experience managing complex multi-vendor transformation programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day program management activities, ensuring delivery remains aligned to approved scope, schedule, and budget.
• Monitor program health, risks, issues, dependencies, and milestones, escalating concerns proactively.
• Support the Program Director by providing accurate, timely, and transparent reporting on program status and risks.
• Track and drive adherence to the Statement of Work (SOW), governance framework, and agreed delivery plans.
• Ensure quality assurance metrics, controls, and reporting mechanisms are implemented and maintained.
• Work closely with business managers and stakeholders to secure required inputs, decisions, and approvals in a timely manner.
• Coordinate across vendors, business teams, and technical teams to ensure delivery commitments are met.
