Job summary

AECOM is seeking experienced Program Managers to shape, establish and lead delivery of multiple projects across South East Queensland. This role requires setting up strong program structures, governance and processes to deliver integrated programs across project teams and partners.

You will provide senior leadership across a portfolio of projects, with responsibility for core program management functions and effective oversight of schedule, cost, risk and procurement.

Responsibilities

• Establishing and setting up programs, including program structures, governance frameworks, delivery strategies, reporting and controls.
• Providing oversight across multiple projects and lots, ensuring alignment with program objectives, priorities and outcomes.
• Developing and implementing program management frameworks, processes and systems for consistent delivery.
• Establishing program governance, assurance, reporting and performance management frameworks.
• Coordinating multiple project streams, managing dependencies, interfaces, risks and opportunities.
• Providing strategic oversight of program schedule, cost, risk, resources, procurement and delivery performance.
• Working with Project Managers and delivery teams to keep projects aligned to the broader program.
• Identifying and managing program-level risks, issues, dependencies and constraints.
• Establishing clear program reporting and delivering insights to senior leadership and clients.
• Building strong relationships with clients, project teams, consultants, contractors and stakeholders.
• Providing senior-level guidance on program delivery, governance and project management fundamentals.
