Job summary

West Recruitment is seeking a Senior Project Manager for a greenfield technology transformation program based in Parramatta. You will lead end-to-end delivery across business, architecture, cybersecurity, infrastructure and external vendors, from business case through to handover.

The role requires independent, structured delivery in a fast-paced, hybrid environment with strong governance and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Full lifecycle, end-to-end project management experience.
• Experience managing complex technology projects across multiple stakeholders.
• Strong vendor engagement and governance skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle from business case development to delivery and closure.
• Develop and review Statements of Work with procurement, legal and commercial teams.
• Manage external vendors, address delivery issues and ensure contractual obligations are met.
• Create and maintain detailed project schedules with dependencies and milestones.
• Define scope, objectives, deliverables and acceptance criteria.
• Identify and manage risks, issues and dependencies across multiple projects.
