VACCA - Victorian Aboriginal Child and Community Agency in Morwell, VIC is seeking a Senior Program Manager for the Nugel program based in Gippsland.

You will lead program development and work with Aboriginal families, government partners and sector colleagues to reduce over-representation of Aboriginal children in care, while building organizational capacity and ensuring high standards of service delivery.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in social work, psychology or community services (or related field).
• Minimum 3 years in a senior leadership role with families/children.
• Strong understanding of Aboriginal culture and kinship networks.

Responsabilités

• Lead Nugel program development and management in Gippsland.
• Collaborate with Aboriginal children and families, government and sector partners.
• Develop internal and state-wide policies and protocols for ACAC.
• Coordinate staff training and monitor quality, finance and business systems.
• Implement and monitor data systems for all programs.
