  • Set delivery priorities and manage dependencies, risks, issues and competing demands to maintain momentum and achieve program objectives.
  • Lead and align multidisciplinary delivery, engineering, procurement and technical teams around common outcomes and accountabilities.

  • Apply Agile and contemporary delivery practices pragmatically to improve delivery effectiveness, responsiveness and transparency.
What will set you apart

You are a proven Defence delivery leader who is comfortable operating in complex, high-pressure environments and taking ownership for outcomes. • A track record of taking integrated Defence capability from concept through to operational delivery, including the successful integration of multiple hardware, software and engineering disciplines.
  • Proven leadership of large teams through high-pressure and complex delivery environments.
  • The ability to turn complex or ambiguous problems into clear strategies, executable plans and measurable outcomes.
  • A proven ability to influence without authority and build trusted relationships across Defence and industry.
