Job summary

Lanson Partners is seeking multiple Software Engineers to join a high‑performing team building production AI systems for a major enterprise in Sydney. The role centers on Python backend services, reliable deployments and scalable architecture.

You will design, build, deploy and operate AI-enabled workflows, collaborating across product and data teams to deliver production‑quality code and observability. Open to mid‑level and senior engineers with strong backend and cloud experience.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial software engineering experience.
• Hands-on backend development with Python.
• Experience designing APIs, services or distributed systems.
• Understanding of testing, reliability, and production support.
• Cloud experience across GCP, AWS or Azure.
• CI/CD, containers and modern software practices.
• Ability to explain technical decisions clearly.
