Boeing Defence Australia in Brisbane is seeking a P4 Principal Product Support Specialist to lead the design, development and maintenance of Support System solutions for BDA programs. You will coordinate Integrated Logistics Support across IPS elements and provide SME guidance to IPTs.

The role requires 10+ years in ILS or Support System environments, experience with ASDEFCON programs, and eligibility for Australian Defence Security Clearance.

Qualifications

• Over 10 years in complex Integrated Logistic Support or Support System environments.
• Experience leading logistics analyses for ASDEFCON Acquisition programs.
• Demonstrated technical leadership across multiple teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
• Experience estimating, planning and reporting IPS work scope.
• Familiarity with relevant standards is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Define and align support requirements, plans and work breakdown structures.
• Develop and implement Integrated Logistics Support program plans.
• Oversee IPS element strategies to meet readiness objectives.
• Collaborate with Chief Engineers, IPTs and Program Managers for design alignment.
• Identify and deploy Support System tools to improve performance.
• Mentor BCS Enterprise ILS team members and drive process improvements.
