Job summary

• Own opportunities and contribute to the product roadmap.
• Develop commercial analysis, pricing and business cases.
• Lead development and go-to-market delivery for initiatives from requirements to launch.
• Plan and manage implementation milestones, dependencies and risks.
• Coordinate testing, release-readiness and defect resolution.
• Ensure customer journeys, content and partner instructions align with requirements.

Responsibilities

• Identify product opportunities and contribute recommendations to the product roadmap.
• Develop commercial analysis, pricing and promotion recommendations, and support business cases.
• Lead product development and go-to-market delivery for assigned initiatives, including requirements, business rules and acceptance criteria.
• Manage implementation plans, milestones, dependencies, risks and stakeholder updates.
• Plan and lead user acceptance testing, coordinate defect resolution and provide release-readiness recommendations.
• Coordinate customer journeys, website content, notifications, FAQs, support materials and partner instructions.
