Moshtix Senior Product Manager role within Live Nation Entertainment's Universe product family, Australia & New Zealand. You will lead discovery, planning, delivery and launch of a defined area of the Universe product roadmap, collaborating with an international engineering and design team to ship at scale.

The position reports to the Head of Product and sits in a dynamic, remote-enabled Product team focused on ticketing platforms and eCommerce workflows.

Formación

• 4+ years of product management experience across full lifecycle.
• Experience conducting discovery and user research with interviews and usability testing.
• Strong UX fundamentals and data-informed decision making.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and run discovery with client interviews, usability testing and other research to validate problems before we build.
• Translate research and market insight into clearly defined, prioritised opportunities.
• Write clear product requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria engineering can act on.
• Lead roadmap initiatives end to end across the full lifecycle, from planning through launch.
• Partner closely with a global, distributed engineering team to ship iteratively and at scale.
• Run product ceremonies (kick-offs, check-ins, retros, solution workshops, showcase/UAT).
• Conduct baseline UAT to ensure what ships meets requirements across environments.
