Job summary

CommBank's RBS Home Buying team invites a Senior Product Manager to shape the Shared Equity Solutions portfolio, including Help to Buy, by crafting customer-centric products and forming strategic partnerships.

You will collaborate across product, technology, risk and external stakeholders to deliver scalable, compliant, technology-enabled home ownership experiences for Australians, driving customer outcomes and business value.

Qualifications

Significant experience leading product strategy in complex, customer-focused environments.
Strategic thinker with ability to influence and deliver through cross-functional teams.
Strong commercial acumen and data-informed decision making.
Experience delivering digital transformation leveraging AI and automation.

Responsibilities

Own the product strategy and roadmap for the portfolio.
Partner with engineering and other stakeholders to design, deliver and evolve market-leading home buying experiences.
Harness AI, automation, data and emerging technologies to simplify customer journeys.
Use customer insights and analytics to identify opportunities and prioritise investment.
Influence senior stakeholders and build partnerships across Technology, Risk, Operations and external organisations.
Balance innovation with governance and embedding risk and compliance into product design.
