Job summary

Commonwealth Bank (CommBank) is seeking a Product Manager for the Home Buying team to shape the Complete Home Loan proposition, including Standard Variable and Fixed Rate loans. You’ll define product strategy, design features and customer benefits, and drive innovative solutions to strengthen value, growth and differentiation in a competitive market.

You’ll join a collaborative squad of product managers, engineers, designers, analysts and stakeholders across lending and risk, delivering outcomes

Qualifications

• Have experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, Product Ownership or a similar role.
• Are passionate about solving customer problems and creating outstanding experiences.
• Have demonstrated experience working within agile delivery environments.
• Can confidently manage competing priorities and navigate ambiguity.
• Use data and insights to inform decisions and influence stakeholders.
• Have strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Bring a collaborative mindset and enjoy working across cross-functional teams.
• Experience in banking, lending, mortgages or financial services is beneficial but not essential.

The Complete Home Loans squad is responsible for the evolution of CBA’s premium home lending proposition. The squad identifies and delivers product features, pricing constructs, benefits and customer experiences that attract and retain homeowners with more sophisticated and flexible borrowing needs.

You’ll join a highly collaborative team of product managers, engineers, designers, analysts and business stakeholders responsible for continuously improving customer and business outcomes across the home lending ecosystem.

In This Role You Will
