Job summary

Jet Charge Pty Ltd is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the platform that monitors and manages EV charging networks in real time. You will work with engineering and customers to shape the roadmap and turn insights into meaningful product improvements for enterprise clients and public infrastructure projects.

In your first year you’ll move from reactive to predictive fault handling, define core capabilities and monetisation paths as the product evolves to a tiered model, and set success

Qualifications

• Substantial experience in product management, including at least 2 years owning products with technical or operational complexity.
• Strong product fundamentals across strategy, discovery, prioritisation and metrics.
• Experience working directly with large enterprise customers and senior stakeholders.
• Ability to work effectively with engineers and technical teams without needing to be the technical expert.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to create alignment across different teams.
• Practical understanding of AI and how it can be used effectively in SaaS products in product management.

Responsibilities

• Own how reliably our customers' networks run. Set strategy for uptime, charge success rate and time to resolution.
• Move the platform from reactive to predictive — catching faults and recovering automatically.
• Shape which capabilities are core, which become add-ons, and what we monetise as the product moves to a tiered model.
• Collaborate with engineering from problem definition through to delivery and with customers to shape the roadmap.
