Job summary

My NRMA is seeking a Product Specialist to join the Energy team and help shape the future of electric vehicle charging across Australia. In this hybrid role, you’ll collaborate with the Product Manager EV to develop, optimise and grow the NRMA EV charging network, using customer insights and market trends to inform pricing and new initiatives.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a Product Specialist, Analyst, Coordinator or similar product-focused role.
• Strong analytical capability to interpret data and identify trends.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities while building relationships across stakeholders.
• Strong commercial thinking and problem-solving capability.
• Confident working independently in a collaborative team.
• Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Support development, enhancement and rollout of EV charging products and digital experiences.
• Analyse customer feedback, network performance, and utilisation trends to identify opportunities.
• Assist in pricing analysis, competitor monitoring and market research.
• Contribute to customer propositions, product strategies and improvements.
• Collaborate with Technology, Customer Experience, Marketing and other units to deliver outcomes.
• Handle inquiries related to EV products and services.
• Prepare reporting, insights, presentations and recommendations for stakeholders.
• Contribute to growth and optimisation of the NRMA EV charging network.
