Job summary

Workyard is seeking a Product Manager to own strategic product lines, work with product engineers, and drive adoption. You will prioritize problems, define success, and bring a data-driven mindset to improve time-tracking, payroll accuracy, and cost-coding for contractors.

You will partner with the Head of Product and CEO to align roadmaps with business goals, balancing speed and quality while mentoring others. Hybrid role based in Surry Hills, AUS.

Qualifications

• 4–5+ years in product roles evidenced by shipped outcomes.
• You have written clearly and concisely for engineers and stakeholders.
• You are comfortable using AI tools to improve work and decision making.
• Experience in construction, payroll, ERP is a real advantage.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy for your product line and trade-offs explicit.
• Turn customer signals into an outcomes-based plan for your line.
• Partner with Product Engineers to define minimum lovable version and success metrics.
• Own adoption and post-release monitoring to ensure real value.
