Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a Sr. Engineering Manager to lead the CTIO team and drive AI-based strategies on the next‑generation sensor platform across Windows, macOS, and Linux.

You will own the roadmap for AI on the endpoint, operationalize models, and build data pipelines for on‑device inference while partnering with data science, cloud, and sensor platform teams. You will manage major projects, hire and grow the team, and ensure architectural excellence, performance, and cost efficiency across

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of C++ and OS internals.
• Hands-on experience operationalizing ML models on the endpoint.
• Experience shipping major features and releases.
• Previous Sr. Manager or Engineering Manager with direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sensor development teams on architecture and initiatives.
• Conceptualize and develop new product features.
• Guide cross‑platform delivery across Windows, macOS, Linux.
• Own features from design to delivery, include sprint demos.
• Lead a distributed team and manage hiring and mentoring.
