Job summary

Heritage Brands, based in Melbourne, seeks a Senior Product Manager to shape our health, beauty and wellness portfolio from concept to launch. Reporting to the Head of Marketing and E Commerce, you will manage two direct reports and translate customer insights into profitable product roadmaps.

You will influence budgets, timelines and cross-functional briefs, partnering with marketing, sales and design to deliver compelling launches.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience.
• Interest in beauty and wellness.
• Team player who leads by example and builds stakeholder relationships.
• Confident with product management tools and lifecycle.
• Commercially minded with balance of customer needs and profitability.
• Highly organized and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive and decisive, taking ownership and supporting others to deliver.
• Proven experience in Health and Beauty is highly regarded.
• FMCG experience is highly desirable.

• Define product vision, roadmaps, requirements and cross-functional briefs.
• Lead concept-to-launch delivery, managing budgets, timelines and resources.

• Track product KPIs and report insights to senior leadership.
• Manage stakeholders and communicate progress and strategic decisions.
• Champion customer needs and use feedback to improve products.
• Assess new products and business models to expand market presence.

About the role

Do you enjoy making a difference and love bringing products to life? Join our beauty and wellness business as a Senior Product Manager, based in Springvale. In this full-time role, you’ll help shape our portfolio and guide products from first idea through launch and beyond. Reporting to the Head of Marketing and E Commerce, with two direct reports to support you, you’ll combine customer and market insights with commercial know-how to create products people love and help the business grow.

What you'll do:
