Job summary

Anglicare Sydney is seeking a Senior Product Engineer to shape and build digital products from ideation through deployment, in our Ventures team.

You'll collaborate with product, design, data and innovation specialists, translating customer insights into scalable solutions while applying modern JavaScript frameworks.

Qualifications

• Experience designing, developing and launching modern digital products end-to-end.
• Ability to balance customer needs, technical feasibility and commercial outcomes.
• Experience leading end-to-end product delivery across front-end and back-end, from solution design to build, deployment and launch.
• Proven experience with modern JavaScript frameworks such as React or Vue.
• Strong understanding of APIs, integrations and database design.
• Experience with Git version control and CI/CD practices.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• High level of customer empathy and understanding of UX impact.

Responsibilities

• Participating in customer discovery, research and experimentation activities.
