Job summary

x15ventures is CommBank's corporate venture scaler building Truyu to empower Australians against identity risk. This role leads end-to-end UX/UI and CX design for a scalable digital protection product, blending vision with hands-on delivery to deliver standout customer experiences.

You will own the Truyu design across app, website, and touchpoints, guiding research, prototyping, and collaboration with engineering and product teams to ship thoughtful, accessible, and delightful interfaces.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven UX/UI design experience.
• Exceptional UX and CX vision for great customer experiences.
• Strong design craft with modern design and AI-powered tools to create prototypes.
• Proficiency in interaction design, information architecture, and usability testing.
• Knowledge of responsive design and accessibility.
• Passion for staying ahead of design trends in fintech.
• Team player with collaboration and communication skills.
• Strong end-to-end product design skills to inspire multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product design across UX, UI and CX.
• Lead customer research, workshops, and user testing to inform product decisions.
• Contribute to the development of new product concepts and solutions that improve Truyu’s product offering and customer experience.
• Understand customer and business problems to co-create product strategy and inform digital product design.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity designs to test ideas and support delivery.
• Plan and manage UX and design responsibilities within timelines and budgets.
• Collaborate closely with engineering to support on‑time delivery while maintaining high user experience standards.
• Be the custodian of great design and voice of customer for all things UX, UI, brand, and collateral at Truyu.
