Squiz is seeking a Senior Product Designer to partner with Engineering and Product Leadership. You will shape high-level roadmaps, prototype rapidly with teams, and design AI-enabled experiences that drive scalable outcomes across an enterprise platform.

You will lead the evolution of our design system, ensure cohesive visuals, and guide cross-functional stakeholders from ambiguity to clarity while balancing fast exploration with production-ready assets.

Qualifications

• Deep B2B SaaS and enterprise pedigree.
• Strong portfolio showing scalable design systems and complex workflows.
• High craft, visual polish, and interaction sophistication.
• Low tolerance for clunky UX; seek harmony in layouts.
• Strong facilitative and strategic instincts.

Responsibilities

• Shape and vision strategic initiatives with Product and Engineering leadership.
