You’ll champion an AI-first, prototype-driven approach, establish scalable design processes, and translate complex business needs into tangible, customer-centered outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience applying GenAI / LLMs to real-world design problems.
• Ability to translate business goals into MVP GenAI POCs and experiments.
• Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams to ship AI-driven features.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end experiences across mobile and digital platforms.
• Lead and mentor designers to raise craft and impact.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data and Marketing to shape strategy and roadmap.
