GroupTogether is seeking a designer to craft growth-focused products and a joyful user experience. You will work directly with the founders, a tight marketing team and a data analyst to prototype rapidly and drive product-led growth.

Fluency in AI-enabled design, Figma, and an engineering mindset will help you shape digital experiences that scale across multiple markets. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, autonomy-rich environment in Sydney.

Qualifications

• You bring a clear design vision tied to business and growth strategy.
• You still design and prototype yourself.
• You've shaped digital product-led growth, ideally in B2C and B2B, with measurable impact.
• You're fluent with AI tools in your design practice and keen to set the standard for AI use in a small team.
• You're fluent in Figma for UX design and open to using AI tools beyond it.

Responsibilities

• Design new products for growth, improve CRO, and bring more joy to the experience.
• Work directly with the founders, a tight marketing team and a data analyst. No layers, no design-by-committee, no waiting three weeks for a decision.
• Champion an AI-first, prototype-driven approach to problem solving, and spread that mindset across the team.
