Job summary

Talent Web Recruitment is seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to drive strategic sourcing, supplier governance and commercial outcomes within a highly regulated financial services environment.

Based in Sydney or Melbourne, this 14-week contract offers hybrid work arrangements and the chance to influence key commercial decisions while leading a capable team and delivering end-to-end sourcing and contracting activities.

Qualifications

• 6+ years experience in procurement, strategic sourcing or commercial management.
• Financial services background with CPS230 supplier risk governance and compliance knowledge.
• Strong experience leading RFx activities, complex contract negotiations and supplier management.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to balance governance, risk and regulatory obligations while delivering value.

Responsibilities

• Lead RFx processes and strategic sourcing initiatives.
• Drive supplier selection, contract negotiations and outcomes.
• Develop sourcing strategies and category plans aligned to objectives.
• Partner with stakeholders on business cases and supplier evaluations.
• Ensure procurement governance and supplier risk management in line with requirements.
• Deliver cost savings and supplier value through process improvements.
