The Administrative Review Tribunal is seeking a Senior Procurement Officer to lead complex procurement exercises and manage high-value contracts within the Commonwealth framework. You will provide expert guidance, engage stakeholders, and ensure compliant procurement activities across the Tribunal.

Hybrid, full-time role across Australian capitals with a strong focus on governance, reporting, and collaboration within a small centralised procurement team.

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex procurement exercises and high-value contracts within a procurement framework.
• Strong ability to manage competing priorities and deliver compliant outcomes.
• Proven stakeholder engagement, negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Knowledge of procurement systems such as SAP and AusTender.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert procurement advice and guidance to internal stakeholders.
• Undertake complex procurement activities and manage key relationships.
• Perform compliance, reporting and record management activities.
• Collaborate with the Assistant Director Procurement and wider team to deliver outcomes.
