Job summary

Stantec’s Water team in Australia is seeking a Senior Process Engineer – Water Treatment to lead the technical delivery of water and wastewater projects in NSW. The role blends technical leadership with project coordination, client engagement and mentoring of graduates to build capability across teams.

You will guide planning through detailed design, ensure safety and quality, and help grow our water design capability while supporting new client relationships.

Qualifications

• Requires tertiary qualification in Chemical, Process, or Environmental engineering.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, program and coordinate project activities with the Project Manager.
• Lead process and technical engineering activities across planning, feasibility, design for water treatment.
• Prepare engineering proposals and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication.
• Coordinate technical inputs with colleagues across disciplines and units.
• Mentor engineers and support business development and bid activities.
