Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in engineering leadership or project management.
• Recognised bachelor’s degree in engineering (in relevant discipline).
• Experience with SYSCAD and multi-discipline projects.
• Professional engineering registration in an Australian state.
• Ability to lead a small team and coordinate stakeholders.
• Nice to have: consulting background on small to medium projects.
• Nice to have: experience in hydrometallurgical processes and relevant materials.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to engineering projects to determine design requirements, engineering scope, and constraints.
• Develop plans, specifications, and other documents.
• Coordinate scopes of work and lead programs, including equipment selection.
• Lead engineering scopes and apply standard techniques and procedures.
• Apply sustainability concepts to engineering work.
• Support continuous improvement of engineering standards and processes.
• Develop process deliverables hands-on.
• Provide technical and project direction for multidiscipline design teams.
• Manage internal and external stakeholders.
• Deliver projects from concept through execution.
• Support development of junior engineers.
