Qualifications

• Degree in Chemical or Metallurgical Engineering.
• Experience in consulting, EPCM or operations in minerals processing or metallurgical industry.
• Experience with commodities such as lithium, nickel, copper, gold, iron ore or rare earths.
• Proficiency in process simulation tools.
• Strong analytical thinking and clear communication.
• Ability to work across multidisciplinary teams.
• Professional chartership in progress or achieved.

Responsibilities

• Lead process engineering activities across the full project lifecycle from concept to commissioning.
• Own key deliverables and influence technical decisions across teams.
• Manage early-stage studies (concept and pre-feasibility) focusing on process development and optimisation.
• Design and optimise metallurgical flowsheets for greenfield and brownfield projects.
• Conduct trade-off studies for value-driven engineering decisions.
• Develop process models to optimise performance.
• Prepare process design documentation and data sheets.
• Support client engagement, contribute to proposals, and mentor junior engineers.
