  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of projects within the Complaints Uplift Program, ensuring objectives, timelines and outcomes are achieved.
  • Translate business and regulatory requirements into practical delivery plans and measurable outcomes.
  • Drive initiatives that strengthen complaints handling capabilities and support non-financial risk uplift across the organisation.
  • Ensure projects align with ANZ’s delivery frameworks, risk management standards and regulatory obligations.
  • Build strong relationships with senior leaders across Retail, Commercial and Private Banking, as well as technology and risk teams.
  • Manage project governance, risks, dependencies and reporting to maintain delivery momentum.
  • Prepare high-quality updates and presentations for executives, governance forums and key stakeholders.
  • Contribute to positive customer outcomes through the successful implementation of regulatory and business change initiatives

About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to play a key role in delivering one of ANZ’s most significant regulatory and customer outcome initiatives. Working within the Complaints Uplift Program, you’ll lead the delivery of strategic projects designed to strengthen ANZ’s complaints management capability, support compliance with ASIC Regulatory Guide 271, and improve outcomes for our customers.

What will your day look like?

As a Project Manager, you will:

What will you bring?

While not essential, the following would be highly regarded:

  • Experience delivering regulatory remediation or complaints-related programs.
  • Knowledge of ASIC regulatory requirements, particularly RG271.
  • Exposure to enterprise-wide change, operational risk or customer remediation programs.
  • A continuous improvement mindset and a focus on delivering better customer and business outcomes.
