Job summary

We seek a Senior/Principal Structural Engineer to lead technical design and project delivery with hands-on involvement from concept to construction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Engineering in Civil or Structural Engineering with a strong track record.
• Significant experience delivering multi-storey residential and mixed-use developments in Sydney/NSW.
• Proven ability to lead design, coordination and delivery with practical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead structural projects from concept through construction, managing priorities and quality.
• Develop concepts and design reinforced concrete, post-tensioned concrete and steel systems.
• Review analyses, calculations and drafting to ensure consistent standards.
• Mentor engineers and drafters, guiding junior staff with feedback.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, developers and builders to resolve challenges.
• Oversee site encounters, RFIs, shop drawings and construction-phase support.
