EHS Support is seeking a Principal/Senior Principal Environmental Scientist (Contaminated Land) to lead our Brisbane practice. This senior seller‑doer role combines business development with hands‑on technical delivery through an established team, offering equity potential and autonomy to shape a growing portfolio.

You will drive growth, manage key client relationships across sectors, and deliver high‑profile contaminated land projects while mentoring staff and contributing to regional strategy.

Qualifications

• 20–25 years of environmental consulting experience with a focus on contaminated land.
• Demonstrated seller‑doer success with measurable revenue growth.
• Strong leadership and team development capabilities.
• Technical expertise across contaminated land remediation and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent client engagement and advisory skills.
• Strategic thinker with entrepreneurial mindset.

Responsibilities

• Originate and secure new work through a proven seller‑doer approach, driving revenue growth and market expansion.
• Lead and grow client relationships across industrial, government and resources sectors.
• Lead and deliver complex contaminated land projects, including high‑risk, high‑profile engagements.
• Provide strategic environmental advice on regulatory policy, compliance frameworks, assurance and remediation strategy.
• Mentor, develop and lead high‑performing multidisciplinary teams.
• Contribute to company strategy and regional growth initiatives across Australia and internationally.
