Job summary

Callida is seeking experienced Senior Consultants and Principal Consultants to join our CFO Advisory team. You will work closely with Australian Government clients to solve complex financial and business challenges, strengthen financial management practices and support informed decision-making.

Depending on your experience, you may contribute to or lead engagements across financial advisory, budgeting, forecasting, management reporting and finance business partnering.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in Australian Government finance or financial advisory is preferred.
• Ability to translate financial information into practical advice for clients.

Responsibilities

• Apply financial, analytical and problem-solving skills to support positive outcomes for clients.
• Provide financial advice, analysis and insights to support planning and decision-making.
• Support clients with budgeting, forecasting, financial management and management reporting.
• Work collaboratively with client stakeholders to understand needs and develop practical, tailored solutions.
• Prepare clear, accurate and high-quality reports, briefings and other client deliverables.
• Build trusted relationships with clients and contribute to a positive consulting experience.
• Contribute to the delivery and growth of Callida’s CFO Advisory services.
• Share knowledge and support the development of colleagues across the team.
• For Senior Consultant appointments, take greater ownership of workstreams and client relationships.
