Job summary

MW Recruitment is seeking a CFO Advisory Services Manager to lead a team delivering budgeting, forecasting and monthly reporting for a diverse client portfolio across industries. You will mentor staff and advise business owners directly on strategy and growth.

In this role you will manage client engagements, support with financial software integration and change management, and help strengthen internal controls while providing high-level financial guidance to CEOs and boards.

Qualifications

• CA or CPA qualified
• Strong public practice background with exposure to management accounting and advisory work
• Confident communicator who can translate financial detail into practical advice for business owners
• Proven ability to manage and develop team members
• Genuine interest in advisory work beyond compliance
• Comfortable helping clients improve internal processes and controls, not just reporting on numbers
• Flexible working arrangements, including work-from-home options
