Job summary

Hitech Group on the Sunshine Coast, QLD, seeks an experienced Program Scheduler for a long-term government contract through to 18 October 2028. You will lead detailed Primavera P6 scheduling, reporting and program controls, working with multidisciplinary teams across road and transport infrastructure projects.

The role focuses on planning excellence, critical path management and robust program reporting, with flexible working arrangements subject to approval.

Qualifications

• Civil construction planning and scheduling experience.
• Advanced Primavera P6 and Excel skills.
• Experience with road/transport infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed schedules using Primavera P6.
• Produce critical path, resource and program performance reports.
• Support multidisciplinary teams with planning and scheduling activities.
• Train, mentor and coach staff in scheduling practices and Primavera P6.
