Job summary

Suncorp Group is seeking a pricing governance coordinator to support timely price change delivery and strengthen governance across Pricing & Analytics. You will coordinate activities with pricing, product, technology and risk teams, applying AI tools and workflow automation to improve reporting and audit readiness.

You will also help document and test processes, facilitate workshops, and maintain governance artefacts across stakeholders.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in project coordination, business analysis or process design.
• Strong organisation and prioritisation skills; ability to work independently.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications, including SharePoint and Microsoft Teams.
• Experience using AI tools, prompts, automation or analytics support.

About The Role

Join the Pricing Delivery & Operations team, which manages delivery standards and operational governance across Pricing & Analytics. You will support the effective delivery of price changes by coordinating requests, maintaining governance processes and improving key technical assets. Working with pricing, product, technology and risk teams, you will help strengthen controls, reporting and audit readiness. You will also apply business analysis, AI tools and workflow automation to streamline activities, improve stakeholder visibility and support better customer outcomes.

What You'll Do

What You'll Bring

• Practical experience using AI tools, responsible AI practices, prompts, automation or analytics support
• Clear written and verbal communication, stakeholder collaboration and facilitation skills
• Insurance experience or relevant project delivery or business training is desirable
