Suncorp Group in Sydney seeks a pricing professional to develop dashboards, analyze data and deliver insights that support rate reviews, premium adequacy and portfolio performance.

You will collaborate with underwriting, portfolio, actuarial, finance and technology teams to translate findings into actionable pricing strategies while balancing customer outcomes and risk. A two-to-five year track in general insurance pricing or analytics is preferred. Hybrid work and study support are provided.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of general insurance pricing, actuarial analysis or portfolio management experience.
• Advanced analytical and statistical modelling skills.
• Proficiency in SAS, Excel, R or similar tools.
• Knowledge of commercial insurance products and pricing methods.
• Understanding of budgets, profit and loss and commercial drivers.

Responsibilities

• Develop pricing dashboards and monitor key portfolio performance measures.
• Analyse data and deliver insights for rate reviews and premium adequacy assessments.
• Build pricing recommendations aligned with budgets and portfolio objectives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to maintain data pipelines for risk modelling.
• Support model methodology, price change implementation and testing.
