Allianz is seeking a Pricing Lead, Transformation to drive quantitative analysis and modelling for general insurance pricing. You will lead model development, provide commercial pricing insights, and monitor outcomes to support strategic objectives.

The role requires advanced analytical skills, experience in financial services pricing, and strong stakeholder management within a hybrid Sydney/Melbourne setting.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline.
• Significant pricing, actuarial leadership or management experience in financial services/general insurance/consulting.
• Strong proficiency with pricing tools and programming languages (Emblem, Radar, SAS, R, Python).
• Analytical thinking with ability to interpret complex data and derive insights.
• Ability to manage stakeholders and deliver within timelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, implementation and enhancement of pricing models and rating frameworks.
• Provide pricing recommendations and commercial insights to support strategic objectives.
• Monitor pricing performance and refine strategies based on data insights.
• Contribute to product strategy and opportunities for improvement across services and processes.
• Implement pricing governance, controls and regulatory adherence.
• Coach and develop team members to maintain a high-performing, inclusive culture.
