High Speed Rail Authority seeks an EL2 Senior Manager – Precinct and Place to lead precinct and place planning for the Newcastle to Sydney High Speed Rail project and support broader national planning.

You will shape station precinct master planning, urban design and land-use integration, driving housing, development opportunities and regional outcomes while coordinating with government agencies, councils and delivery partners to ensure design and delivery alignment.

Qualifications

• Australian citizenship or right to work is required.
• Degree or equivalent professional working experience.
• Police check is mandatory before employment.
• Baseline Security Clearance required.

Responsabilités

• Lead precinct and place planning for the Newcastle to Sydney project and translate priorities into design outcomes.
• Develop master planning frameworks that integrate stations with land uses and transport networks.
• Guide urban design, placemaking and design excellence with stakeholder input.
• Coordinate planning activities across teams and external partners for governance and delivery.
