Job summary

RADK Tech is seeking a Senior Power Platform Software Engineer to support a Federal Government agency in Canberra. The role focuses on Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 solutions, delivering high-quality business applications with technical leadership.

You will develop and integrate Power Platform, Power Apps, Dataverse and Dynamics 365, contribute to CI/CD, and work in a hybrid environment starting October 2026 for an initial 12-month term with extensions.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with Microsoft Power Platform, Power Apps, Dataverse and Dynamics 365.
• Proficiency in C#/.NET and cloud technologies (Azure).
• Experience with APIs, integrations and enterprise-scale deployments.
• Leading software engineering teams and mentoring others.
• Knowledge of CI/CD, ALM and secure development practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.
• Design and develop applications using Power Apps and Dataverse.
• Work with Dynamics 365 and related Microsoft technologies.
• Write high-quality, optimised and maintainable code.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to software teams.
• Contribute to the full software development lifecycle and project delivery.
• Develop integrations between Power Platform, Dynamics 365 and other systems.

About the role

This is a senior software engineering opportunity working on Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 solutions within an Australian Government environment.

The successful candidate will contribute to the development and delivery of business applications, provide technical leadership and help ensure solutions meet required quality, functionality and performance standards.
