Trideca is recruiting a Senior Power Platform Software Engineer to join a small IT Project team working closely with business stakeholders on a federal digital transformation program. This role centers on Microsoft Dynamics 365, Dataverse, and the Power Platform.

You will oversee software development, write clean code, and provide technical leadership to a team of engineers. The environment is a small, high-performing team where fit matters as much as skill.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated Dynamics 365, Dataverse, and Power Platform development experience.
• Strong front-end skills: JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS, Vue.js.
• Full-stack development: C#, .NET, REST APIs, JSON, SQL.
• Azure and Power Platform integration: API Management, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Power Automate.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, source control, and CI/CD.
• Strong communication and ability to work in a small, close-knit team.

Responsibilities

• Develop solutions using Dynamics 365, Dataverse, and Power Platform, including Power Pages.
• Build front-end features using JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and Vue.js.
• Deliver full-stack work spanning C#, .NET, REST APIs, JSON, and SQL.
• Integrate with Azure and Power Platform services such as API Management, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Power Automate.
• Work within established architectures and development patterns, using Azure DevOps, source control, and CI/CD.
• Collaborate closely within a multidisciplinary delivery team, applying strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
