Job summary

CareCone Group in Canberra is seeking Software Engineers to oversee software development projects, write optimized code and provide technical leadership to a team of software engineers. You will be responsible for the quality and functionality of the software produced by your team.

The role requires hands-on full-stack capabilities with Microsoft technologies, Azure, and Power Platform, plus collaboration with multidisciplinary delivery teams in a small, high-performing organisation.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience developing solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365, Dataverse and the Power Platform, including Power Pages.

Responsibilities

• The IT Project teams are small resource groups working closely with business teams, so ability to perform cohesively in this space is key.
• Candidates MUST only be proposed if they have a genuine interest in working in this environment, be considered a good fit for a high performing team in a small organisation and have been vetted against the must have and desirable criteria.
• Responses MUST include statements against all the criteria. Candidates that do not address the criteria in their submission may not be considered.
• 1.Demonstrated experience developing solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365, Dataverse and the Power Platform, including Power Pages.
• 3.Strong full-stack development skills, including experience with C#, .NET, REST APIs, JSON and SQL, and integrating front-end applications with backend services.
• 4.Experience with Azure and Power Platform integration technologies, such as API Management, Azure Functions, Logic Apps and Power Automate.
• 5.Experience working with established application architectures, development patterns and reusable components, including Azure DevOps, source control and CI/CD practices.
• 6.Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills, with demonstrated experience working collaboratively within multidisciplinary delivery teams.
• 1.Experience with AI and intelligent automation technologies, such as Azure AI, Microsoft Copilot, AI Builder, generative AI or agent-based solutions.
• 2.Relevant Microsoft certifications across Power Platform, Dynamics 365, Azure or AI will be highly regarded.
