Qualifications

Experience overseeing software development projects and providing technical leadership.
Proficient with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Dataverse and Power Platform including Power Pages.
Strong full-stack development using C#, .NET, REST APIs, JSON and SQL.
Experience with Azure and Power Platform integration technologies and CI/CD practices.

Responsibilities

Understand the Department's business and mission.
IT project teams work closely with business units to deliver cohesive solutions.
Role is Canberra-based; options outside ACT possible, but Canberra staff preferred.
Develop solutions using Dynamics 365, Dataverse, Power Platform, including Power Pages.
Strong full-stack work with frontend/backend integration and API consumption.
Experience with Azure, API Management, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Power Automate.
Work with architectures, development patterns and reusable components including AzureDevOps and CI/CD.
Demonstrate analytical, problem-solving and collaborative communication within teams.
Experience with AI and intelligent automation, e.g., Azure AI, Copilot, AI Builder, generative AI.
Microsoft certifications in Power Platform, Dynamics 365, Azure or AI are valuable.
